About Us at O’Leary Architectural Services is a Kerry based company we frequently visit area’s of Cork and Limerick providing a superior design and building work supervision services.

We have been supplying drawings and building supervision since 2002 to serve a growing client base in the West Cork and Kerry regions. The practice has matured steadily and continues to deliver design and construction consultancy services in the private residential and public sector.


The practice is run by Aeneas O’Leary, a native of County Kerry. Aeneas studied Architectural & Construction Technology in Cork Institute of Technology. Following qualification in 1998, he worked for Michael Williams Associates, Architects & Town Planners in Tralee, County Kerry prior to starting up his own practice.


At A. O’Leary Architectural, we use the latest technology and software with full AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel to bring your ideas to fruition. We work closely with our clients to deliver a design to meet their specific requirements and needs.


With over 20 years experience in building and planning and construction industry, we will work with you from inception of the design concept, through finalising plans and lodging of required applications to completion of construction on-site.

Site Assessment to establish usability

O’Leary recommend the completion of a preliminary site assessment which would consist of following A PSA establishes if site is potentially suitable for a site waste water system. A PSA involves the procurement of bedrock, aquifer, soil and vulnerability. A visual inspection of site will establish this.
